I located the flasher and replaced it. The turn signals and Emergency flashers still don't work. I checked the fuses and they are good. Any suggestions as to what I should check now?

check and see if the brake lights work, why, because the brake lights go through the turn signal switch. if they do work what is going on is you have either lost power to the turnsignal switch or its bad and thats going to require a little electrical diagnosis. its not hard but its time consuming. there is a plug at the bottom of the steering column where the wires run out of the column. you just needto get a 12v test light and do a little checking down there, the library will have a proper wiring diagram and i would be willing to answer any questions you might have.

You may need to replace the signal switch or you might have broken wires in the steering column.
