Did the models in these magazines get that way by reading these magazines? If I read these mags and gaze upon their hot, sexy, muscular, oiled up bodies, will I get buff like them?

No one becomes fit just by reading. Some of the models follow the exercise and diet regimens in fitness magazines. Some girls are naturally pretty fit, but anyone must work at it. There are several different types of girls in these magazines. Some are just glamor models that are moderately fit. A few have appeared in such mags as PLAYBOY. There are fitness contests for ladies, and some contestants are in the mags. Some of my favorites are Amy Fadhli, Denise Paglia and Dale Tomita, all of whom have won or placed high in such contests. There may be bodybuilders as well. These ladies are a bit too muscular for my taste...and most people's. Some have ruined their once fairly pretty faces by taking steroids.

Actually, the suprising answer is yes. This of course begs the question how did the first model in the first magazine get ripped right? Well no one actually knows, but our fun-gineer's best guess is that he was sent by the Gods as a way to get everyone in shape the lazy way.

They didn't get that way READING a magazine. They did a lot of work to get that way. The mags may have been inspiration for them.....maybe they can inspire you.

there is greater Photoshopping happening on the Myspace profiles of girls than all the magazines contained in the international mixed. women folk do it to themselves each and every of the time for unfastened; yet we actually in hassle-free terms get pissed whilst somebody places it on a mag for money. What a crock.

of course not if you wont do the work you wont get fit .
