she should have told the manager or any employee who would have contacted the manager.

walmart is responcible for her medical bills from the incident if it happened there and was reported.

if she didnt report it and none of the employees saw anything, its your word against theirs and they are not liable.

My husband and I went to walmart to have photos taken. We were asked to straddle a metal table with a cloth covering it. We both got nasty cuts on our thighs from a sharp jagged piece of metal. (we were wearing jean shorts) We asked to fill out an incident report. After doing so in about three days we received a call from someone in risk managment who offered us a $50.00 check for our inconvienence (sp?) We advised the person we were fine but accepted the check of course. If the fall was nasty I would say make sure to file a claim with the store, follow up with a doctor so when the representative from Walmart call you will be able to give them all the needed information they will need. Sorry this happened to your wife. Best wishes

i think of that the Wal-Mart worker became lazy and ignorant. Had they actually cared, they'd have dialed 911 and reported the abuse and had an officer come out. undemanding experience tells you that if a man or woman does not care approximately their toddler, they do no longer supply 2 flips what you are able to say approximately it. as a result you call the police and enable them to open an learn with CPS. yet then I care what occurs to toddlers and characteristic the experience to comprehend that in spite of the fact that in the event that they did end via fact I pronounced some thing, the youngster would nevertheless be going domicile with them. So i'd surely do some thing and touch the government.

My grandma (73) got pushed "out-of-the-way" by a walmart employee. She fell down and had some really nasty bruises. The employee was NOT fired. The manager did nothing. So they went to their lawyer.
(they are not sue-happy people)
