in the state of pa am i required to pay for my son kindergarden is it considered daycare?

I believe it is and i do think that if you keep the receipts you can take it off as an expense for taxes...

As far as I know Kindergarten is not considered Daycare. It is part of the formal education system. Unless it is a private school, then you would not have to pay for anything. Well, except the day care needed at the end of the day as it is only for a half of day.
