Why wouldn't they find luscious thighs sexy? They find them as sexy as some men might find thinner thighs attractive, it's all in the taste of the man or woman.
I myself have thicker thighs and a long, slender abdomen, and in my experience both men and women have found me attractive.
I would go off of the idea of why men are supposedly attracted to breasts and buttocks, which is that: If a female they see has full breasts and buttocks, it means she has a healthy fat-storing system, which means, overall, she's healthy and has/will surivive well in the future (or in case of a food shortage). The healthier the woman, the more able she is for child birth. This is putting attractiveness in an 'animalistic instinct' light, but I think it holds some logic.

This question confuses me. If you are calling them "luscious" which is a positive connotation, then you are already inserting your opinion into the question to sway your readers' answers, so do you really want to know the truth or do you just want everyone to agree with you?
I think Beyonce and Salma Hayek are both very beautiful women, and I've never looked at their thighs, but they are not skinny women and I know they have "thick" thighs, so I am going to assume that you want to know if men like women with thick thighs?
The answer is yes. There are men out there for every kind of woman you can think of. So no, you don't have to be pencil thin to get a guy. The question is, are you comfortable with them?

Yes. Plump and chubby thighs with proportionate fat and flat belly with deep naval make males mad when they see her in her nudity, of course. Please change the adjective luscious to plump and chubby.
