What works for me is to always do my job to the best of my ability and anything after that...Don't take personal. Relax and and keep your mind on what you're doing. Not worrying about anyone else or their behavior. Keeping an upbeat attitude is usually contagious. So it will benefit anyone else who is working with you.

1. Ask yourself why do you want/need to work in the place.
If there is no reason, move on.
If there is one good reason, keep reminding yourself about that.
If you like challenges and competition, that is a motivation.
Happy and unhappy are all how you perceive inside you. You can flip it to the way you want to.
