The first thing I would imagine would be to find out whether your local Department of Education is prepared to fund a school.

If you have to go on Yahoo to ask this question then I would say there is no way you are prepared to open a school of any kind.....think about it!

Just do it.
After theething issues it shall be the reputation of the school that matters for it to sustain and be viable. If you can dream it u can do it.
