It really depends cos they're in totally different categories. PSP is portable and that's really useful. Imagine you can play PS2 games on-the-go anywhere, with the capability to play online via wi-fi or by ad-hoc mode wih another player.
Xbox 360 has amazing graphics, but its rather "big" and not exactly very portable.
Just my two cents worth.

Well That's A No Brainier The XboX 360 Is Worth Buying Over The PSP!!!...And Don't Get The Playstation 3 Sony Is Just Making You Waste Money By Forcing You To Buy A Console With A Blu-Ray Drive ...I Don't Know About You But I Really Don't Care About The Next Gen DVD Format ..I Care About Video games That's It!!!!

If you mean choosing between PS2 and XBox 360, then the clear answer is XBox 360, as it is the next generation game console.
If you mean choosing between the upcoming PlayStation console that is said to be released later this year, and XBox 360, which was released last year, the choice may be a bit more difficult. I would personally choose the XBox 360 because it has be out and has been proven, has lots of games and accessories, and the graphics are "kick *** awesome." Also, the cost of the new PlayStation is said to be a lot more than the XBox 360, buy as little as $200 more.

Its hard because xbox 360s are good but not backwards compatable, but psps get a realease with every game, except the "only for Xbox" or something, id rather have the PSP though, because i have played both and the PSP is better

I already have an PSP and I refuse to buy an Xbox 360. I am going to wait for the PS3 to come out. It is oviously the better buy(not price wise but system wise).

sure, yet generally basically on xbox stay or multiplater, a million participant gets boring after some days, so basically get A 360 and gears 2 and halo 3, they are exciting video games, I surely have a ps2 and the wii and my wii sucks so undesirable i like my ps2 greater, yet i'm getting a 360 in 2 months and that i in my opinion choose a 360. Get it.

ill say psp because its portable and has the same features of a xbox 360 and the ps3 is better than both
