Can anyone give me any advise on how is best to see somebody in the naughty without them knowing they live in different house from me though.

I think that's illegal, but I can advise you on how to spell "advice":
Advise is spelled "advise" when it's a verb.
Advice is spelled "advice" when it's a noun.
In your sentence above,

you should spell it "advice" as it's being used as a noun, not a verb.
And who is "they"--boy or girl? (Like it rilly matters! As an anthropologist, I'm just curious.)

Pose as a phone repair man, tell them you're there doing on check on the system because the line service has been acting up, and then plant spy cameras while you're there.

Its called using your imagination. Anything other than that is an invasion or privacy or a peeping tom which I might add can get you into trouble with the law.
