Heather- it's always interesting how creatively the choices were made to keep alive the contrasting characters. No one really likes her rival- so it's almost a good v. evil- which make great television. Great chiefs? I"m not so sure about that.
If I was the Vegas Casino I'd be a bit nervous about both of them-but less so about Heather.

I'd guess Virginia will win, although I don't know why. I think the producers think that America loves an underdog, and although it's true usually, I don't think it applies here since most folks don't particularly care for Virginia and think that she should have been kicked out long ago. Oh well, I guess if they did away with the controversy, nobody would watch the show! Personally, I'm cheering for Heather.

heather is the better of the 2 but ultimately it will come down to who is more trainable virginia is dumb as a rock and a complete suck up and has no qualms about being one her timing is off but like a puppy you can train her heathers experience may hurt her

wow I didn't realize so many watched Hell's Kitchen.
I can't stand the guy, he's ugly, loudmouthed, yucky.
Hopefully the commercial for the show will be over and I
don't have to see his ugly face anymore.
