I'm sure it greatly depends on the person, weight ratio, body proportion and whatnot. Mostly, however, most women start showing around the end of the first trimester.

You probably need to make an appointment with an OB/GYN if you haven't already. They can answer all of your questions.
Good luck!

Most women don't start really showing until about 20 weeks. I had a friend who didn't start showing until she was 7 months pregnant. You need to go to a doctor to both confirm your pregnancy and to start getting the prenatal care you need. For some people with few symptoms, it is hard for them to believe they are pregnant. With any positive tests, though, you can be sure that you are pregnant. False positives only happen in very rare cases. I know it can be hard to believe you are pregnant untill you start showing and feel the baby move, but hang in there, that will all happen soon enough!

I am pregnant with my first baby, I weighed 118 when I got pregnant, I am now 4 and a half months and am just now getting to where I am unable to button my jeans. My doctor said I will really start showing next month.

Don't worry, you'll be showing soon enough. For me, it took about 12 weeks before I had to change pants size, and by 20 weeks, you will definitely have to wear maternity clothes.
If you have not done so already, make a doctor's appointment. Prenatal care is critical for having a healthy baby.
Congratulations on your new pregnancy!

If this is your first, you won't start show until at LEAST 4 months, sometimes later. It's not noticeable to other people until about 5-6 months.

it can take quite a while to show. Probably into your 2nd trimester sometimes. YOu have to realize how small the baby is so early in pregnancy. I would say go to the doctor so they can make sure everything is fine and then start getting ready for your new baby

You did not state how far along you are. It takes a whole 9 months for your stomach to increase in size.
