As for what Canadan bank I think is the best I would say Toronto Dominion because if its interegration within both Canada and the United States, however that is definately my American bias showing because of my knowledge of the creation of TD/Ameritrade.

If you dont want to be ripped off by their fees and usage prices pick a credit union...
Of course you can always withdraw from any ATM machine.

I think most prefer CIBC...as of why...sorry...don't know.
