If U had a neighbour who had a TENANT he couldnt control, who was continually throwing bricks onto your property, causing damage to your house, and even killing some of your pets, would you destroy your neighbours house in retaliation

Its very hard to actually get to the Tenant because he is in hiding

Since this Q is posted under Current Events, I understand your analogy, however, it is easy to talk with the landlord in this situation and ask for help with the tenant. Also getting the police involved would be easy to do.

In the larger premise there is no landlord who "wants" to respond to the query regarding the tenant and the police don't exist.

The US is thought of by many as the world police but we're not going there. Maybe they can call another precinct to address the situation of the problem tenant .. if they want to!

Regrettably, if controlling the tenant means the house must go, then so be it!

No, I wouldn't. I'd go to the police, the local courts, etc, and I'd make their lives as difficult as possible, but all above board and legally.

It's not the landlord's fault that the tenant is out of control. He can go for a forced eviction, but these things take time. Have you asked the landlord what he's doing to resolve the situation?

Destroying his property when it's not actually him who's causing the damage and aggravation makes you no better than the tenant, although I can more than understand your anger.

Good luck!

NO! If this is happening to you, then of course you must do something about it! In saying that,if you were to do what you are asking us,wouldn't that make you as bad as that person? Why bring yourself down to their level when you have legal means to to do it for you.Sure as eggs is eggs,YOU will be the one in trouble!
A friend of mine was having some trouble with neighbours. She called the Police, who repeatedly told her,the offences being commit ed were minor, and they have no cars available to help her. This went on for some while, until she got into the state of not wanting to return home. Eventually, she went to the police station and made an official complaint. She was issued with a special number to ring,in the event of further harassment. More problems arose, and after using the number, she got a response instantly. The offenders were taken away. So maybe you should do the same. The right course of action, will be the right way to go,as frustrating as it may be.Good luck.

in the event that they have been attempting to kill me and wreck my sources, definite. yet, no longer contained in the u . s . a ., right here we've the alternative of the regulation. nonetheless, in my section, we've police who won't enforce city codes, rules, and ordinances, until eventually a criticism is filed.... they seem to in hassle-free terms have an interest approximately state rules. So, in some circumstances, the regulation won't be a doable decision. IF those so referred to as "pals" had reported that my destruction replaced into their purpose and that they have got been launching indiscriminate rockets by utilising the masses, i could respond with all conceivable rigidity. If conceivable, i could leave those "pals" finding for and/or digging caves for habitation for their inhumanity.

No but I would sure take them to court. You need pictures to prove your point. Set up a video camera. Take them all to small claims so you don't have to hire a lawyer. Don't destroy their house you will only get yours destroy in revenge. Good luck!!! I mean it.

I'd got for something more subtle (besides, as tempting as it is, you'd be the one who'd get prosecuted). I think revenge is best served cold. If I were you, I'd be far more devious i.e. harsher and harder to be linked to you. If nothing else, set up a camera and record them doing this then go to the police or something.

No- Get council/ Police involved. Ring EVERY time there is trouble no matter how big/small
Get a diary of ALL events (will help for evidence for police/courts).
There is no point in getting yourself in trouble too.
