Because Israel is behaving like a terrorist organization.
Who ever heard of signing a ceasefire that starts in a few days so that you can go kill a few more people first?
Oh yah, the smart weapons are essentially a myth created by the US Governement to justify lining the pockets of Republican weaponmakers.

Israel has killed about 750 people in Lebanon.
Hezbollah claims that 90% of them are civilians. However, since Hezbollah doesn't wear uniforms, it could easily be that 90% of them are Hezbollah militants, and 10% are civilians.
Hezbollah claims 3 or 4 casualties when their opponents kill 40 of them. Lebanon claims 40 civilian casualties, then a few hours later corrects the report that the was only 1 casualty. Nobody knows what the actual numbers are.
As as to why, Hezbollah uses people as human shields, fires rockets from the basements and roofs of schools and hospitals. Technology will only go so far.
War is tragic, and the inevitable civilian casualties that occur are the most tragic of all.

A better question is why do the civilians allow terrorist to target Israel from their neighborhoods. When you let the terrorist use you as a sheild then you also become a terrorist. You are no longer an innocent civilian.

There isn't a weapon smart enough to kill the terrorist that is hiding behind a child and leave the child untouched. Additionally many of these "civilians" were in fact Hezbollah operatives and were justifiably killed.

It was just TWO Israeli soldiers and 1000 Labanese!!!!
These two soldiers were the smart weapon
Tagets - Israel Airforce was practicing. It was not full fledged one. If it is full fledged the casualities would have reached to multiples of now.
I feel pity for those parents who are involved in terrorism and Israel punished them and the babies caught in the cross fire. Ofcourse every child sleeps but they also are not aware that their parents are engaged in gound fight! It is not fault of the children!
Please let me know who has to be blamed??????

because they all are hezebollah, watch the news sometime. they admit it on live tv during their protests.
if they used smart weapons, you'de complain that they got them from us.
innocent children don't sleep at eleven am. especially when they're put in the building by hezebollah TERRORISTS.
