Yes, if you touch the clouds, you will actually feel them. Most clouds consist of water droplets, ice crystals and even snow. If you can put yourself in a position where you touch the clouds, you will feel them. Now, I wonder if you can feel it when you touch the "sky".

Touching cloud will give you same feeling as touching the fog as both are the same.
But in a sense if can ever touch a cloud it would make u feel at the top of the world!

Nope! But the altitude can be dizzying.
Drove into clouds in Venezuela, 16 thousand 500 feet alt. Stepped out of car and swayed a little. Awsome Andes.

I've been up high in the mountains when a storm was blowing over. It was kinda like when its really, really, really foggy outside. The air is heavy and thick. I think that fog is just clouds on the ground.

when i touch cloud in my country i feel comfort like touch ice smoke . and i think it's good.can share my sad thing make me happy.i feel the clouds can tell me that dun sad anymore.
