For me it does. I had 2 glasses of champagne and got quite a few pimples. But I think it also depends are your body.

No it doesn't give you acne. Although it can affect your skin by giving you more of those little blood capillaries, mainly around the nose and cheeks. That's why alcoholics usually have that redness in their faces.

Beer gives me acne. I know this because every morning after I've had a beer, I noticed at least two huge acne marks. It never fails.

Hormones, not alcohol unless you are allergic you can get a rash or headaches and don't forget a good hangover....

It doesnt ever give me acne, and i drink quite alot of it.......
