Something tells me all moves, if "really" performed, hurt. Even the basic punches, slaps and kicks, if there is true contact, are gonna hurt.
As for other moves, bodyslams gotta hurt. Have you ever fallen flat on your back into water? thats probably what it feels like, but with a lot more force.
Also, the Boston Crab or Camel Clutch can put a lot of strain on the lower back, so if you aren't used to stretching that way, they'll be painful..
Oh.. all hardcore moves hurt too.. I can't imagine a steel chair on the skull being a pleasant feeling.

Great Question!
From my experience the moves that hurt the most are the big HIGH IMPACT moves where you are held up in the air and driven into the mat. The one that I think hurts the most is the suplex where you are lifted into the air upside down above the opponent. Your feet are up in the air as the opponent balances you on his shoulder. Then the opponent falls backwards and your back is slammed wildly into the mat. It’s a big bump and it hurts no matter how well you execute it. Wrestlers call things that hurt, bumps and you are taught how to take bumps so they don’t hurt as much or so they don’t injure you. Most falling to the mat moves that really hurt, you want to land flat and not sideways or with your hips twisted, that can really hurt or injure you.
I think the most painful moves are drops onto your front, if you miss a move or are suppose to miss a move and land flat on your belly you can knock the air out of yourself, I think that pain hurt worse and stays with out longer than the back drops and such.
Also, the longer the match the more fatigued you get and you loose concentration and stop flexing on time to absorb licks and everything hurts more. That is why at the end of long matches wrestlers look really worn out and they really slow down not only because they are tired but the stings from each lick kind of hangs around longer and effects you longer.
So in short, the hands to body moves, claws, sleepers, even fists (unless they miss and nail you hard) don’t really hurt that bad if at all, but when you see a wrestlers body slamming into the mat, that hurts somewhat but not nearly as bad as we want everyone to believe.

They all hurt if they are not done by the trained professionals. They know how to make it look like they grabbing one part of the body while they really grab a different part. Such as in the sleeper hold they don't wrap around the neck but rather around the chin.

yes actually all the pain and blood in the wwe is real, NO MATTER WHAT YOU HEAR! IT ISNT FAKE. its a contact sport and everything is painful. in training you just learn how to take them so they dont hurt as much and dont knock the wind out of you as easily

most of the leg locks, the figure four, if pressure is applied, and the boston crab, sharp shooter, etc, all hurt if you put pressure. plus the sleeper hold works if you apply pressure. most of the old school moves.
