The means by which to gain those vital bits of information in time for them to be of use. Having the right people at hand and them being willing to do the job. Not allowing the information to leak to individuals in the general public or to people who would use it against us.

The national media. They give away our secrets faster than we can get them. Liberal politicians undermining our country using our freedoms against us. The only way to stop them is to give up our freedoms or turn the people against them. With the main media being liberal that makes it very hard.
