I think my husband is addicted, he doesn't do anything else besides work and play the game....I'm fed up with being ignored. I would like to destroy whoever made that f******* game

I do not think you can sue them. Everquest is an RPG, or role playing game. They are quite addictive; I like RPGs. They allow one to become part of a new world. Maybe you should ask him to spend time with you for one or two hours every week.

Playing is a choice, and while it is obviously emotionally addictive (which is why some people call it Evercrack), it is not physically addictive.
My advice: while hubby is playing with virtual dolls on Evercrack, why don't you sneak out and find you some lovin' on the side from a REAL man!

that would be like trying to sue the television networks for showing sports and the spouses that have to suffer while their mates are glued to the tube during the season.
