Is there anyway that birthcontrol can cause systems like Chrone's and IBS? I think I might be on to something here but I just want to make sure!

You could very well be right.
There are hundreds of medications that cause constipation and other IBS type symptoms.

I know that pain medication and muscle relaxers cause these symptoms. As well as the medication for women after or during menopause. As well as medication for depression and several others.

My sister has severe IBS and it is caused by her medications.

I doubt it can cause crohn's exactly because crohn's has to do with he lining of the intestine and whatnot. Symptoms like ibs are more likely because the medication can cause stomach spasms and symptoms close to ibs. Both crohn's and ibs have similar symptoms, but birth control would not cause crohn's. Crohn's has a symptom different and not common with ibs which is blood in the stool, not specks, but spots of blood. Keep and eye on that and watch for other symptoms like weight loss. It also wouldn't hurt to get a blood test done to check for anemia, another common symptom associated with crohns.

I am not aware of it. Crohn's and IBS are autoimmune related disorders and birth control is not related to either of them.
