I just lost some expensive goggles at a friends house, and remember putting them in a bag really well. What are some steps to finding themback?

You must look some ware else. you could placed it in another place and you did not paid attention. Check your bag again or the last few places you went to like toilet or on tables in the car beneath the seats in your pockets above your head ....).
If you do not find them give your self a break you will find them by luck

You'll find them in the last place you look. Perhaps they sprouted legs and walked off. Search your friends house from top to bottom- people can't be trusted, they lie, steal and cheat.
