Mostly contains almost everything

I am not sure how detailed you want it to be, but i find one fo the best sites is the BBC website... I have found a lot of information about topics for younger children, but know there is also stuff for older people too. Hope that helps! You can search under different sections....

Oh and if its basics then there is also a site called enchanted learning that is good....
