My grandma just died the day before in the car accident. I remember sitting in the hall of me grandma's house when my younger sister told me that Diana is dead. I was already grieving so i really don't know how i feel about her death.

Yes, I had not long moved to Maldon, in Victoria Australia. I was doing the ironing whilst listening to the radio when the news report came on. I couldn't believe it, I thought there had to be some mistake. Still to this day I believe that it is a conspiracy and that she is still alive, just living somewhere else away from the public eye. At least she would be getting some privacy, not like she didn't deserve it.
I guess it's just too hard to accept that she might actually be gone, at least in my mind, she is at rest in another way.

I can't really remember what I was doing on the day, but I do remember that one day when I was in kindergarten (or was it 1th grade?) I saw an article where they had written about Princess Diana.

I was coming back from a trip by train and I remember going to the living room where I have the TV and saw the news presenter all dressed in black and she capture my attention I was absolutely shocked by what I find out. I never thought of such a horrible thing to happen to her and in specially being so young, beautiful and loved by people around the world. So, that was quite a bad end to my trip (I cried at that moment and at the days after).
Loved "Candle in the wind" by Elton John sang at the funeral. It was quite hard to see the video and think she is gone forever.
I hope she "rests in peace".

I remember it was Labor Day weekend and I had heard on the news Saturday night that there had been an accident involving her. I had to get up early the next day and drive my grandparents to a family reunion in another state and I picked up a newspaper that was headlined of her passing away.

No I don't, I do remember where I was when the first men walked on the moon, and I do remember where I was when President Kennedy was assassinated but not Princess Diana.

I was speeding away from the tunnel in my white Citroen after I deliberately side-swiped Dody's Mercedes. Princess Diana would have survived if she has been in safe car like a Volvo. But she said, "I wouldn't be caught dead in a Volvo!"

I just got home from my honeymoon and I was on the couch and it came over the Television as Breaking News. I was in shock, I guess I felt what people felt when they heard Kennedy was shot. Still very tragic, but Im glad to see her boys grow up to be such dutiful young men, she would of been proud =)~~Good Question~~
