Great question, but the sad part about it is that not only will it not be the home to Palestinians, but I seriously doubt it will be the home for Lebanese also. Israel has been occupying a small portion of Lebanon since Hezbollah pushed them out 20 some years ago. They never intended on leaving it and they'd be more than happy to tear down the Lebanese homes remaining in the neighborhoods they bombed and make way for Isreali settlements. They've displaced Palestinians in order to build the settlements without any regrets, I doubt they'd have any for doing the same in Lebanese land.
Hypothetically speaking, if it did happen that this became designated as Palestinian land, it wouldn't be accepted by the Lebanese (obviously because these are their own homes) nor would it be accepted by the Palestinians; they've been through displacement and know how horrible it is to see others living in *your* home, and they wouldn't accept that the Lebanese go through the same on behalf of them. Add to that they want nothing more than their homeland back and if anything, this is all they will accept. They didn't agree to take back the itty bitty piece that Israel "offered" as it was nothing more than an insult to them, I don't think they would accept taking the land of another for them to go through the same situations.

The terrorists will never keep their part of the agreement and the UN will not be able to "rain-in" the terrorists. Israel will be back in there within 6 months.
