Are you looking for the usual interpretation of the term "room and board"? My understanding is that you would be renting a bedroom in a person's house and meals and any utilities would be included in the rent. Basic bedroom furniture would be provided. Use of laundry facilities might, or might not, be included. You would share a bathroom with the family or with other boarders. Meals, usually with the family, would be provided at regular meal times.
