For the past three years, Ive been meeting guys over the internet and at clubs, taking them home, and having sex with them, randomly. Even if i'm not really into the guy, I'd still have sex with him. Sometimes without using protection. I have lost count as to how many guys I have been with, but its well into the three digit range. I know what i'm doing is wrong, yet I still do it. I try so many times to stop, but I always have a relapse and return to my old ways. I am too embarrassed to see a doctor or talk with anyone close to me. Please help me!

there are a few issues here. most important thing who ever you have encounters with you need to protect yourself first. it means use condoms and other precaution to have safe sex!! Assume every stranger you have sex with have aids!! Nothing is worth dying for, being ignorant is not an excuse. Secondly, you have to come to terms with your sexual orientations. Yes,it's one heck of an issue to face with. Trust me , you are in a better era than most people who have to suffer ostracism when they have to deal with homosexual issues even 10 years ago. Once you have learn to accept who you are..your dangerous behavior of unprotective sex with strangers will decrease. Look up in the phone book or website gay.com and look for gay, lesbian and transgender communities near your city or town. They have councelling services available. People who share the similar experiences that you went through. You are not alone!

You may want to visit a doctor outside of you area (It may be more expensive if you are on insurance and they dont cover them),
doctors visits are confidential, and if you go away from your area you may feel less embarassed.
It is a problem and you should seek help professionally as you would with anything else.
You wont be scorned or made fun of at by a professional.

Get a BF. So at least if you have sex, you can be a bit surer you won't catch an STD. Also get CHECKED for an STD and AIDs if you haven't already.
