The overall curvature of the universe is unknown at present, but is probably very close to zero, which means that the overall universe is flat in all directions. Objects like galaxies, solar systems, stars, and planets spin due to an increase in angular momentum caused by gravitational collapse; this has nothing to do with the Big Bang.
