There are a few varieties.
The most simple variety has you score only at the end of the round. The first person to go out gets one point for every dot on the other players dominoes.
The other variety gives you a score every time the end halves of the dominoes equal a multiple of five. For instance, if the portion not touching another domino on each end is a 2 and a 3, the total would be five and the player who played the domino to get that gets five points. Points are also scored at the end of the round. Hope that helps.

Each player draws 12 tiles. If the highest level tile isn't in either players stack you each keep drawing until you get it,

You take the highest number double tile and put it in the center. Say it is the double 12. Each player must then find a tile containing 12 dots on one side and lay it with the side with 12 touching the center tile. This is the start of your track. If you cannot lay a tile you must draw a tile. If you still cannot go, you must put a train (usuallu) on the last tile of your track and your turn is over.

If a train is on someone's track, anyone can play on that track.

There is one extra track that ANYONE can start, but it has to be stated that it is the EXTRA one. Anyone can start it and anyone can play on it.

Now, the next time it is your turn, you can either play off of YOUR track, the extra track OR the track of anyone with a train up. You must lay a tile matching the last number of where-ever you decide to lay. If you had laid a 12/4 tile your next tile would be 4/7 (or 4/11 or any number so long as the 4's touch).

Now say your first lay was 12/4. You look at your tiles and see you have a 4/4 and a 7/4. Turn the 7/4 over to be a 4/7.... you can lay your tiles like THIS 12/4,4/4,4/7 .... it's kinda like a linker... it lets you lay 2 tiles at once... beware if you lay a double tile (4/4) you MUST lay a second tile... it doesn't have to be on your track. You can lay the 4/4 on one and another tile on any open track but you MUST lay 2.

The idea is to be the first one out of tiles.

if you have a pack that includes 55 peices here are the rules:

first: you must take all of the peices out and mix them and the colored face must be down .and every color has 10 peices.

second:take 9 peices and the colored face is also down and when you count 9 peices then you can see all of just your colored face and you must not see any other peices of others.and the rest of the peices keep the colored face down and put it at the edge of the table.

third:when playing the biggest number or color anyone has he will play first and the colored face must be up.

fourth:when playing there will be two edges to play with and when any body plays he must put the colored face

fifth:when it comes your turn you must match the color or number with the peice on the table exmple :
you have a yellow peice and there is an other yellow peice on the table
put the peice with the other yellow peice on the table.
tip:if you have a peice with two diffrent colors and those two colors are on the table put the bigger peice because the first who finish his peices first wins.

sixth:if you dont have any color that matches the color on the table you must take 1 peice from the faced down peices. if it matches put it . if it doesnt match take another peice .if it matches put it .if it doesnt let the next opponent play.if there is no peices left then the next opponent play.

seventh:when having two peices.if you put no.2 peice you will have only no.1 peice when having the last peice you must say card card card or any thing that all of the other components know that you only have one peice.

nineth:if you didnt say the word you must say when only having just one peice you must take 5 peices for punnishment for not saying and if there is no peices left let the next compnent play.

11:if there is a block edge play only with yhe other edge and if the two edges were blocked you have ended the game and the one with the least numbers wins.

12: thank me later.
