u don`t drink enough water, and don`t have enough fruits and vegetable, try cutting on sodas and too many sugar righ food or fast foods

well all the food that u have eaten gets all nice and mixed up in ur belly with all the acids that are there. all the goodness gets taken out and u let out all the useless smelly stuff known as 'poo' lol

It is probably your diet. Just drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables. Lay off the beans and eggs, and other sulphur producing foods. Don't eat too much meat. Try eating a yogurt a day that has stuff in it that is good for your digestion.

If this happens all the time, that means you're diet is bad but if its just happening recently, that means you have eaten something bad/have a bacterial infection.
Cure: eat lots of high fibre food e.g cucumber, watermelon, mulitgrain bread and drink at least 2 - 3liters of water.
Don't damage your colon, its very embarrasing to have it treated if something goes really wrong with it.

It's caused by excessive bacteria in the gut, which usually comes from a poor diet. Try cutting back on dairy produce and red meats, and eating more fruit, veg and cereals, and stay well hydrated.

It has too many volatile fatty acids in. Look at your diet and see if there is something you are eating that causes a change in this. Eat easily digested food for a couple of days and see if it settles down.

You mite of eaten something that was really smelly in the first place. Then that would be normal.

it really depends on what you eat... sometimes if you eat too much greens, it can cause that. Usually diets high in fiber is another cause. Try drinking plenty of fluids, such as water and/or apple juice. See what happens.

Too many indian curries or kebabs! Lack of water! Too much eating things bad for diet!
