I think you better contact the US Embassy. They'll let you know all the details.

Since you have the visa all ready, you must either have had an affidavit of support from a friend or relative you'll be staying with, or, adequate financial means to support yourself while visiting were checked during you visa application procedures. You will be asked how much money you are bringing with you, a sensible amount is advisable, also, credit/debit cards, I don't think there is a preset amount that you must have, like traveling to most western European countries from eastern Europe.

Not really. All they have to show is that 1) they will have funds to support their stay (a letter from inviting party stating that can be enough, that's why many people bring invitation letters) and 2) they have sufficient ties to Russia in order to guarantee their return

No. And they don't have to have an invitation letter to apply for a US visa either, although many applicants believe they need both.

Technically conversing you are able to exchange prestige mutually as on the VWP interior the circumstances that that selection of prestige relies on the wedding ceremony to a U.S. Citizen. although, it rather is prohibited to flow into the USA on the VWP with the objective to marry *and* modify prestige. it rather is going to be on you to coach that this became no longer your objective once you entered the USA.
