how do i make special paint textures on walls?

so why do not choose a ready made cross hatch wall paper. i it hard to make it your self.
you can try other effects:
aoint the wall
comb the paint while wet to make a lines, waves, semicircles or what you want
if you want to make your own comb using a hard board or wood then cut the notched teeth with the pacing you want
