This is a hard question to answer, first you have to believe in God. How can an all powerful, immortal being understand human weakness, and death? Only by experiencing these things can God fully understand why mankind chose to disobey Him, and to live in anger and violence. Jesus is the reconciliation of not only man to God, but also of God to man, His message is that through violence you only receive more violence, if you truly want to change your enemy, you must show him love, otherwise your enemy changes you. His sacrifice is to show us that even the most powerful man ever alive, can humble Himself to his enemies, and still love and forgive them. Through this ultimate sacrifice, He hopes to teach us that violence is wrong, and will only beget more violence. For mankind to evolve to the next level, we must become a more loving and caring race, and abolish all forms of violence from our lives. This is only part of the answer, for as I said at the start, this is a very hard question to answer, it all depends on whether or not you believe, that Jesus is the Son of God. Simply put the message is that Love conquers all, even death, and God's love is the greatest love of all. I hope that this answer helps you in some way, remember that it comes from an imperfect human, so the answer is not perfect. Bye for now, and may the peace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, be with you now and always.

"What We Give is What We Get in Return" this is the universal rule in whch the whole system of human lives works. This is what is known as karma in the eastern philosophy.Jesus came to this world to break this cycle of karma. Before he came, man was caught up in his karma, that is he was punished for his failings and he had only little chance of reaching salvation. But when Jesus died carrying away all the sins of mankind we became no longer bound to our karmas. If we sin, and there after if we genuinely repent and claim for Jesus blood our soul regains its original purity. So we are no longer bound to this world because of our karmas . We are always given a hope, a second chance.

In no way whatsoever. The best thing to do when you do something wrong is to realise it and, if need be, punish yourself for it (the scape goat technique wont do you no good pal). Please do note this is the problem we have in Palestine now (if you kill my son and I cannot get my own back on you, a member of your family with pay for it instead). You cannot sort a problem out this way, can you? If I break a plate and somebody else pay for it, I shall break another plate next time . This is the reason why I do not like Christendom at all: Christians say it is OK to to punish somebody else for what you do wrong. I am more for the Greek cults and strong wine. Here you do not punish God for what you do wrong, but you (you let God punish you for it instead).

i visit think of it incredibly isn't a sarcastic question. Jesus achieved victory over death. the point became to furnish mankind a thank you to at tone for sins by His blood. He substituted his blood for the lamb of sacrifice, as a result the Bible says he's the appropriate lamb. The Bible does not say you're "saved out of your sins", in certainty it says you are able to no longer cover, your sins will discover you. the sole thank you to be forgiven is to repent, intending to tutor far off from. No difficulty, pray this solutions some questions. shop asking, yet attempt the Bible. This internet site does not carry very many truths - greater critiques.

we all were sinners when Adam and Eve took the forbidden fruit. Since then our relationship with God was terminated. We couldn't communicate to God easily because we were sinners while God are holly.

But when Jesus came to the world and died on the cross, He took away all our sins and make a way for us His children to heaven. That's why, whoever wants to be saved and go to heaven, he must through Jesus for Jesus has said that no one could come to Father without Jesus.

That is one of the mysteries of the faith. I've always wondered that too, I mean He's God so can't he just decide: Okay I'm going to save you if you believe in me.

The closest I can figure is that is has something to do with the psychology of human beings. We humans needed to see a sacrifice to make a connection of our importance to God and His willingness to save us. Like it would be the only way we could switch on and see ok he's perfect and we're not and this what is needed to be done for us. I know this is all vague and weird, but really as Christians we have to explain the unexplainable as just being to difficult to understand at our human level and just count it up to a mystery of the God. (Now this is my thought--I can't prove biblically--that's why it's a mystery)

well he saved us through the following dynamics - Niztche said that there was only one christian that ever lived and that that christian died on a cross, therefore I conclude that Jesus save us by defending us from being christian since that is as bad as you can get in this world

He didn't. That was allegedly the best part of two thousand years ago; how is someone guy being executed several thousand miles away a couple of thousand of years ago going to save anyone today?

The Catholic Church has one answer for that.
My personal belief is he didn't really save us, but wanted to show us that being alive in a physical body isn't all there is to it.
Like all the other avatars/enlightened ones before and after him, he just wanted to get the point across to live and die in love & harmony. He wanted to save us from our own illusions that would keep us in fear and darkness. But, history rewrote his message as we well know....
