Yes, I remember watching her on the Honeymooners.
Joyce Randolph married Richard Charles in a Baptist church on Long Island, New York, on October 2, 1955, and they remained married. They had one child.
Sadly, Mr Charles passed away in 1998.
Joyce is presently 80 years old.
All indications are that she is still alive today.
One way you could contact her is that she is presently on the Board of the United Service Organizations (USO) which is a volunteer organization that provides morale and recreational services to members of the U.S. military worldwide.

According to Wikipedia, she is on the board of the USO (United Service Organizations), so maybe you could get in touch with her through them...I didn't see any fan listings for her anywhere.
