You would have to get Microsoft Publisher.

Keep in mind that if you get an old version, like Microsoft Publisher 2000, that if the file is from Microsoft Publisher 2003, you still won't be able to open it.

Microsoft Publisher has a SAVE AS feature, so the document can be saved in a different format. But it does a poor job in creating WORD versions of what you want. (all of the graphics and fancy formatting will be lost)

Publisher 2003 will not open Publisher 1.0 files. The only app that can open
Publisher 1.0 files is Publisher 2.0.
