Irive H10 wont workl.?

I just bought Iriver H10, my pc dosnt recognise it at all, I know the port on pc is ok as i use it for other stuff, when i plug the iriver in nothing happens at all, its like its not even there, i tried resetting the iriver but still nothing, im stuck for ideas,

TWO choices...

1: Run the cd it came with the drivers for it are on there.. you need them to make it work properly...
2: you goto the iriver website and download drivers or updates there..
