Yes, if you fall behind 250 points, then you can go back to Level 1. Try asking a couple of more questions and you can go back to Level 1.
If you want to get to Level 2 again, then all you need to do is vote and discover the maximum allowance for the day, and you can get back to Level 2.

depends on how many questions you ask i guess.....if you only just get to level two then ask a question then yes you can go back to level one.
