I have watched it 3 times becasue I can't turn it off once it starts and I can't work out if it's really good or really bad. What is going on?

I think its one of the best movies i've ever seen.
According to me the moral of the story is :
"Man can never win a war against Nature"
In the movie Tom Cruise is a real rich, good-looking and flirty guy. After an accident his face becomes a night mare even for him. Then he tries to use his money to fix his face (no plastic surgey could do it) and thus go against the nature. But later he finds out that what ever he did after the operation was an illusion neither his face was fixed nor what he experienced was real.

Well I remember going to the pictures to watch it an I dont recall a single person coming out talking about the film I think everyone was totally confused!! And we all still are why dont you try asking the film company!

Vanilla sky was written by a guy who had been staring up his own b*m for too long. Made into a movie by someone shallow enough to think this was deep. Portrayed by 'Hollywood actors' who were dumb enough to think it's art.

In a nut shell, my take on the movie is that it tries to give a message of appreciating life and not taking it for granted. Being someone that you, yourself and others can love and not putting all your self-worth and values into outside false, material things and people.

i think the whole planet in the same dilemma over that movie,i cant make heads or tales out of it,then again maybe thats its power because we watch it so many times and still cant work it out,not gonna watch it any more tho cos wrecking my head.
