I have two garage door kits I bought from a liquidation sale. They are Ducati 8500 models but unfortunately no fitting instructions came along with them, or if they did I have mis-layed them. I have had these things for a couple of years now but never got round to try and fit them without instruction. They are the chain driven kind.
Anyone help?

find a local dealer and see if there are any recent model chain driven types and see if they'll let you copy what they have. Most openers are attached the same way, it's just how the track goes together. I'd lay it out on the floor and see if I could make sense out of it.

Contact the manufacturers. They should be able to send you replacements.

It's quite an easy DIY job to fit them, but don't do it unless you manage to get the instructions. Doors are heavy and can do a lot of injury if the aren't fitted properly.

Send to or call the manufacturer and ask for replacement instructions. Good luck.

Have a professional installer do the job. You can get hurt tackling a project like this, and create a dangerous situation where others may also get hurt.
