Well you need to study, but first was the drop in the stock market in which too many people had money in that did not even know the back ground of the company they were investing in. Second, the dust bowl caused by a drought, third was lack of industrial needs caused by people not requireing goods or being able to afford good that industry could make at the time. Remember, America did not have very many factories at the time.

The stock market crashing but also having American lending out money to thier Euripena counterparts for the first world war left them in a finaical bind by the time of the Stock Market crash of 1929-if you want more details...gotta do the work. But I hope that helps.

Well you had people buying stocks on credit which they were unable to pay back, you also had a drought in the west that caused no crops to grow, making farmers poor, worker wages dropped while product prices grew (inflation)
