Looking for the best file sharing for music and movies but looking for one with not all the bull stuff with it. Let me know if there is any new free programs out there.

Good file sharing programs are:
Frostwire -- a free modification of Limewire. The client connects to the gnutella network which is not yet as virus infested as kazaa which you might have heard of (don't download "songs" with incredibly small filesize though ;) ).
Torrents -- for which the most popular clients are Azureus and uTorrent -- are always a good choice. It is not as normal Peer-to-Peer as in you have to find a *.torrent file for what you want to download first (it's a good for large downloads though). I recommend Torrentspy.com as a search engine for torrent files.

get Limewire but I hate it coz it does have a 80% rate of having viruses.Get switched to torrents. Get Azureus 2.4.0.2 and go to the following for torrents:

well there is one program called K-LITE++ ..it scans da networks of kaza, imiesh, limewire, gnutella and other p2p networks..it has no ad-ware and no spryware or nething of da sort...if u can find it it is really good...it is very hard to get a setup for it..
