Actually females body are more suitable for horse riding especially bareback due to body form are more light weight than males gender and the below pubic area no any discomfort area .

No they're not anyone can be comfortable riding a horse. It is all in the experience you may have in riding. If your not comfortable get a trainer and have them teach you how

With a saddle on, I really don't think so, with out a saddle yeah, the male anatomy can get damaged.
