Go to the site of the blocker and click on it. A menu comes up allowing you to chose to alllow popups at this site.

If using Internet Explorer click on Tools>Pop-Up Blocker>Pop-Up Blocker Settings. Then you can type in any address and add it to the "allow" list.
If using Firefox click on Tools>Options>Content (tab) Then next to "Block Pop-Ups" there should be an "Allowed Sites" button. Just click that and add away.

IE: Tools menu, then pop up blocker arrow, then clikc on pop-up blocker settings. That'll open a window that will allow you to add sites that you want pop-ups to appear from.

Just hold down the Ctrl key, on your keyboard, and that will let the pop-up through..
