I went to the Doctor for a DOT physical and I think he molested me. The reason I say think is because I'm not sure if this is normal. He checked my scrotum and my prostate without wearing any gloves. I mean this dude just held my balls in his bare hands then shoved his finger up my butt without any gloves. WTF? Is that normal?

If the doctor was an older doctor, the explanation may be that he was not molesting you but for most of the time when he was practicing his job, they did not use gloves. Using gloves is a relatively recent addition to medical hygeine. Once you are used to not using gloves it can often be very difficult to 'feel' what may be wrong with your patient when using gloves. I think you should go to your doctor and discuss it with him, mention your concern about 'lack of hygeine' and see how he reacts and explains himself. If you still feel alarmed after talking to him, then you can go through the proper complaints procedures. Remember.. an accusation of molestation can ruin a doctor's career and his life, be very sure before you do this.

Yes, I think he did. On the other hand (!), he should have asked you to cough when he did it. If he didn't he was having a good time, as opposed to the finger thing which would have thought was having a bad time.
If you're under 50, a prostate exam should not be necessary for a DOT.
I suggest you go to a woman doctor next time. You won't get the same treatment.

Your doctor did your screening wrong! You should turn him in.
Your doctor should have worn gloves and had lubricant on his fingers.. not just shove his bare finger up there! Ouch!

Check out this website, close towards the bottom it will go into detail about the procedure and what will or should be done during.

Old time doctors use to do that all the time. With modern day knowledge of germs etc he should be wearing gloves for all forms of exams. My doctor puts on gloves to just take my temp. He could be reported for improper techniques.

No, that is definitely not normal. Whether it falls under the classification of molestation, I'm not sure. Sloppy, for sure, and definitely not the normal standard of care. At the least, he should be reported for that.

He sounds like a clinic doc. Most can't legally do much else and watch out for the clensed records. He may have a bigger message. Dig up the sh t on him and pass it on.
