All these answers are good ways to cure hangovers. To prevent a hang over before you go out make sure you drink lots of water. If I know I'm going to be getting drunk in the evening I will drink tons of water through out the day. I always try to drink at least three glasses of water before I go out. You also will want to drink a glass or two of water at the end of the night. Excessive alcohol dehydrates your body which causes you to get a headache and feel like crap. Plenty of water will prevent a hangover every time. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are always good for the next morning if you really can't kick it.

Number one is do not drink in the first place. I found that pot will give one a great high with out the hangover, but I advise against that as well. It's the law.

If you must drink, don't drink so fast. Eat food before you drink. A hangover headache is simply dehydration caused by alcohol displacing the water in your scull and then the alcohol is gone leaving your little dried out brains to just rattle around in that big old head of yours.

Don't go out binge drinking with your buddies and think you won't get a hang over.

Got a hangover? Take one or two of the hair of the dog that bit you, two aspirin, and call me in the morning. You are dehydrated and you need fluids. Get them into your body as fast as you can. My favorite is several pots of coffee.

Dude! Next time just smoke a joint.

Drink plenty of water. A hangover occurs when the body is dehydrated. What I would do next time is drink water when I drink alcohol. Also, NEVER drink on an empty stomach. For now, drink some water and get plenty of rest in a dark room.

The only real solution for a hangover is time.

Prefereablly sleep, but they alcohol has to leave your system and then youo body has to remove the counter-toxins that are now in there instead. It can take all day

People speak about coffee and alka-seltser.

Coffee is a big NO. The caffine will make you jittery and dehydrate you further, making the hangover longer.

For the Chinese, strong tea is a very good cure. But I heard that drinking lots of water is better. You have a hangover because you're dehydrated.

Not drinking is a start.
It might allow your brain to actually function.
If you have to drink, line your stomach with oil or grease so that the alcohol takes longer to go to your blood. You could do this by drinking two raw eggs before drinking, or something more disgusting like Olive oil or Castor Oil- yuck but beats hangovers. Also, a good meal before a drop of alcohol also helps.

OXYGEN ! It will wipe out a hang over right quick. But if you don't happen to have your own oxygen tank at home your out of luck.

The other method is a little longer.
Drink A LOT OF WATER
A LOT, I SAY

Then go for a good paced walk for about 20 to 30 minutes.

You will feel better when you get back.

You are dehydrated and that is what the water is for.
The walking gets you to do deep breathing and that gets you the Oxygen, plus the walking helps get the blood circulating more and clears up your head better.

Water and Walk

:o)

Mainly, plenty of fluids to replace the fluids that have been dehydrated or expelled in differant ways. Plenty of people would say don't drink, but hey what the hell!

Eating foods with a lot of starch to abosorb what is left. Everyone craves grease however, it will upset what is already in your stomach.

Biggest thing is time and watch your consumption. Oh, and before you go to sleep try drinking some water so you are not as dehydrated.
