First, it's called the Premiership. Your team that got relegated, who you should continue to support, will be playing in the Championship.
And secondly, why not try sticking with a team?

I dont really support any one team, I just like some good football. Your team might come back up, maybe you should stick with them.

by the way, why you have to change teams just because your supported team relegated. what if they bounce back straight up? will you still change team again?
