It can be found in the old testament in the book of Leviticus 11. There you will be able to find all that are being forbidden by God.

The command to not eat pork was given in the old testament to the Jewish people. You must understand though that one: this command was given as a way for the Jewish people to show their separation. People would obviously be curious as to why and this would lead to conversations about God. Also this was given as a way to protect the Jewish people. During that time period pigs were not raised as domestic animals. They for the most part ran wild. You could compare them to the wild pigs of the Southwest U.S. today. There was no control over what they ate and they quite often ate things that were harmful to humans. Sheep, cows and goats all have multiple stomachs thus in chewing their cud filter out the poisonous things and simply pass them out through the intestines. Pigs on the other hand only have one stomach so much of the poisonous things they ate got absorbed into their meat. Wild Pigs especially will often eat carrion and small rodents on occasion. Thus they would be possible carriers for disease.

Leviticus 11 3-7. This is directed to the Jewish people. Even though Muslims also do not eat pork, this law, as given here, is not binding on non-Jews.

One of the first ones there is a list of Doe's and don'ts.
One is don't eat unclean animals. Pigs (among many others) are considered unclean. You can identify them by their hoofs and what they eat.

Leviticus, Chapter 11
1 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
2
"Speak to the Israelites and tell them: Of all land animals these are the ones
you may eat:
3
any animal that has hoofs you may eat, provided it is cloven-footed and chews
the cud.
4
But you shall not eat any of the following that only chew the cud or only have
hoofs: the camel, which indeed chews the cud, but does not have hoofs and is
therefore unclean for you;
5
2 the rock badger, which indeed chews the cud, but does not have hoofs and is
therefore unclean for you;
6
the hare, which indeed chews the cud, but does not have hoofs and is therefore
unclean for you; and the pig,
7
which does indeed have hoofs and is cloven-footed, but does not chew the cud
and is therefore unclean for you.
8
Their flesh you shall not eat, and their dead bodies you shall not touch; they
are unclean for you.

The Old Testament, in all the Hebrew dietary laws in Leviticus, it says not to eat animals with cloven hooves - thus, no pig.

i dunno where its written, but its related to sum story of a thousand pigs, drowning, and how their footprints are identical to the devils thus they are one with the devil, hence do not eat pork.
