when im cold my nipples retract and look normal, i have has this since the age of 13, doctors tend to brush over this when i ask about this, a doctor did say once i may need more testosterone in my body, who can i see and what can i do?i cant take my shirt off on holiday or sunbath without a shirt on, friends and family have always been suspicious, i thought this would end in my late teens, but nothing has changed

The condition is known as gynecomastia - it could be that the glands just below the skin are larger than usual. Many males are affected but if it really bothers you, the only solution would be to visit a good and experienced plastic surgeon who would either remove some extra fat, or a few of the larger glands from beneath your nipples.
