Because they could not justify "increases" once up and running they have little maintenance costs, believe it to be the reason we have not got more solar power, it must have improved somewhat over the last 25yrs, after installation the goverment dont get any money, or are they going to introduce a "stealth tax" on recieving rays from the sun, strange how solar energy has "went quiet" over the years!!!

I think they approach to it is to fill John Prescott up with baked beans and operate the countries wind turbines by himself. Just as soon as the gas masks have been distributed.

'Coz the oil and aerospace companies RUN THE SHOW, not governments. The economy, and presidency of the USA is based on thiis. F*ck with these goons and they will kill you, or simply put one of their pets in the proper place (sorry, Dubya).

they have not figured out how to make billions quarterly on it yet.
Remember the big politicians are all oil people and the ones who are not are on the payroll in some form or fashion.

Because there are more important things to spend money on like building bigger and faster roads, so my Chrysler 300c with its big fat 5 litre HEMI engine can churn it up and get me to where I need to be quicker....
