the best thing to do, is a the first sign of your period start taking Advil, then take it every 6-8 hours after wards. I used to get killer cramps, but now i don't feel it anymore. For,now you can take one pamprin and try relaxing, using a heating pad or taking a hot bath. Exercise helps for some people too.

You should take the recommended dose of panadol and on top of that the recommended dose of neuofen. You can take both of these at once as they help reduce any inflametry and knock out twice as much pain thean only taking one at a time! This is what my little sister does and she is only 16 she went to the doctor about the same thimg just at the start of the week.

Take advil. Works for me! Also try a heating pad - this also makes the cramping seem not so severe.

well ask our doctor for a prescription, but generally doing some exercise will make the pain go away even walking helps, or eating a lot can help, or u can try masturbating...(u don`t have to insert anything)

Getting off will stimulate the cervix and release endorphins. The endorphins will block the pain (very temporarily) and the act of orgasming may make it easier to pass blood clots (particularly if you have a small cervix).
Seriously, try masturbating (you don't have to insert anything..).
