Some states have laws saying that after so many convictions, you get a longer sentence. Others don't. Every crime committed has a certain range of sentencing allowed. You can't toss someone in jail for life just because they stole a vehicle. That's not on the books. So every conviction is basically a new cycle again and again. This person is a career criminal and will likely be in and out or prison again and again and again. Because Washington doesn't have a 3-strikes or similar law (and I believe that most 3-strikes type laws only count for felonies anyway, or perhaps only violent crimes... can't remember off the top of my head) - which means you can do an awful lot of things and still get relatively short sentences for each of them. With an overcrowded prison system and time off for 'good behavior', letting him out is pretty standard. People in the drug business aren't usually put away for a long time at a stretch. Each crime in and of itself is simply not enough to warrant a long stint in prison.

some that declare to be Christian would actual be at a loss for words as to what style of "afterlife" the scriptures communicate about. so a options as operating "amuck" contained in the streets; i imagine there's a huge type of that happening in the present day, do not you? AND, it gained't take a lot for violence to escape, fantastically once the governments turn hostile to faith, do you compromise? (playstation . 37:29; Rev. 17:4-6)
